- What should I do if I made a mistake making my reservation, such as I spelled my name incorrectly?
If your booking was just made within the last 24 business hours then please email us immediately or call 800-287-6511.
- Be sure to include the following information in your email to BookAirlineTicket.com Customer Care:
- Traveler name
- Trip ID #
- The departure (city/airport) and return (city/airport).
- The departure/return dates.
- The air fare.
Note: If your booking was issued more than 24 business hours, then you will need to contact the airline directly and request a correction (restrictions may apply!).

- How do I change or cancel my reservations?
You can cancel your airline reservation; however, your ticket may have no value or be subject to penalties for any changes to your itinerary. All airline tickets are subject to the rules and restrictions you agreed to at the time of purchase. Many tickets are non-refundable and some have no value for future purchase. Please email us to cancel or call 800-287-6511. If the flight is not canceled prior to the original departure, then you lose all future credit with the airline.
Note: If our office is closed and your original flight departs prior to us re-opening, then you must contact the carrier directly, otherwise your ticket will have no value.

- Will I get a ticket when I make an air reservation?
Most carriers now issue only electronic tickets. If an electronic ticket is not possible, then our website will prompt you to select a delivery method such as 2nd day Air or Next day Air. If our website thought a ticket could be issued electronically and it can’t be, then a Customer Care team member will contact you by phone or email and advise you that a paper ticket is required.
Note: 24 hours after booking your reservation, logon to www.viewtrip.com to obtain your electronic ticket numbers and receipts. Should you experience any problems, call us immediately at 800-287-6511.

- Do I need to reconfirm my flight before departure?
We strongly recommend that you review your itinerary prior to your travel date for any changes made by the airline to flight numbers or times. Within a week of your trip, reconfirm your reservation by calling the airline directly, or by logging on to www.viewtrip.com.
Some international airlines do require passengers to call the airline directly, 24 to 72 hours prior to departure to reconfirm your flights.

- How do I travel with an electronic ticket?
Traveling on an electronic ticket is easy. Simply take your government-issued photo ID, and credit card and check in with the airline.
- Present your identification, either at the airline counter or kiosk.
- The airline will access your ticket record online and issue your boarding pass,
- Once you receive your boarding pass, proceed to the security checkpoint and your departure gate.
