What It Is
Our guarantee is that you are getting the lowest price available for the trip you are booking. If you find a better price online for the same trip, within 24 hours of booking, BookAirlineTicket.com will cover the difference in fare with a credit plus give you a $50 travel coupon!
What It Covers
Our guarantee covers pretty much every part of your trip: air flights*, cruises, hotels, rental cars, vacation packages, and even activities. (* The difference in airfares must be more than 7 dollars ($7.00) per ticket.) Other restrictions apply.

Terms & Conditions

110% Price Match Guarantee
- The 110% Price Match Guarantee applies to the following products booked on BookAirlineTicket.com: Air Flights, Hotels, Cars, Cruises, Vacation Packages (such as Air + Hotel).
- Guarantee: If you find a lower rate on BookAirlineTicket.com or on any other U.S. based Website, within 24 hours of booking your trip on BookAirlineTicket.com, we will provide you with a credit for that amount plus a travel coupon for the amount of $50.00. Both the credit for the rate difference and the $50.00 travel coupon are good on a future booking of a BookAirlineTicket.com special rate hotel or an Air + Hotel, Hotel + Car, or Air + Hotel + Car package.

Notification of Claim/Invoke Guarantee
- You must contact BookAirlineTicket.com at 1-800-287-6511 within 24 hours of making your BookAirlineTicket.com booking to make a claim under the 110% Price Match Guarantee. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service representatives.

Lower Rate Itinerary Must Be An Exact Match
- The 110% Price Match Guarantee is available only for exact (identical) itinerary matches. The itinerary must have the same airline carrier or provider (including class of service), hotel (including room type), cruise line (including ship and cabin category), rental car company and vehicle class, applicable refund policy, dates and times of travel or service, routings (for example, same stopovers), and other booking details. A qualifying lower rate can NOT include, for example, the air portion of an Air + Hotel package or the air portion of a vacation package.

Comparison Rates Must Be Available To General Public And Known At Time of Purchase
- The 110% Price Match Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public on a U.S. based website. Not included are rates offered on membership program Web sites, corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator or interline prices; prices obtained via auction or similar process; or prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public. Lower rates may not come from a Web site that requires you to call to get the rate or from any emails received. The rate must be quoted and booked in U.S. dollars. The 100% Price Match Guarantee applies to US registered businesses and websites only. It also applies only to travel that originates in the U.S.
- Qualifying lower rates do not include rates on Web sites where the carrier, itinerary, property, rental car company, or similar booking details are opaque or unknown until after purchase or where prices are determined by any sort of auction or bidding.

Difference In Rate Minimum
- To qualify for a credit on an air booking, the difference in air fares must be BookAirlineTicket.com more than 7 dollars ($7.00) per ticket.
- The 110% Price Match Guarantee applies only to the base cost, and not to any taxes and fees (or service fees), of standalone Air, Hotel, Car, and Cruise bookings. For such bookings, any service fee or tax recovery charge is not considered in determining if you have found a qualifying lower rate. For example, on an Air only trip booked on BookAirlineTicket.com the 110% Price Match Guarantee applies only to the base cost of the air fare, excluding any taxes and fees.
- The 110% Price Match Guarantee applies to the full cost of a Package (i.e., air + hotel, air + hotel + car, air + car, or hotel + car booked together as a package on the same itinerary) plus all taxes and fees.
- The 110% Price Match Guarantee applies only to the cost of a Cruise. Taxes and fees, and any additional items such as air or land components, insurance, a Cruise Protection Plan, shipboard credits, transfers, pre- or post-cruise hotel stays, onboard amenities, gift cards/certificates, cash back and/or dollars off are not eligible. To qualify for the Lowest Price Guarantee on a Cruise booking you must have either paid in full or paid a non-refundable deposit on the booking.

Claim Verification
- All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification by BookAirlineTicket.com. Screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by BookAirlineTicket.com personnel will not be accepted. BookAirlineTicket.com will not verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith.
- BookAirlineTicket.com must be satisfied that you meet all requirements otherwise imposed on the lower price, including age-related, membership, regional, residency, and other requirements.

Credit Delivery And Validity
- After your claim has been verified you will receive your credit and travel coupon in the form of a code, via email to the email address under which your original booking was made, within 7-10 days.
- All credits and travel coupons are valid for one year from date of issue.

Maximum Credit Claims
- Each customer is limited to five 110% Price Match Guarantee claims per customer per calendar month, regardless of the number of accounts used by the customer.

Changes
- BookAirlineTicket.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the 110% Price Match Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your claim will determine your eligibility under the 110% Price Match Guarantee. No change to the 110% Price Match Guarantee Terms & Conditions will affect any credit coupon that has already been issued to you. The failure by BookAirlineTicket.com to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
